Ansengine for content and inbound agencies
The short version. The uncomfortable finding is that more pages is often the wrong answer, because in most categories the answer slot is held by a layer your client's site is not on, and the product tells you which case you are in before you commission anything.
The instinct in this trade is to answer a visibility problem with a content plan, and sometimes that is right. Where no aggregator layer owns a pool, own-site citations do dominate, and a clear category-declared page is exactly the lever. That case is real and the product will tell you when you are in it.
The other case is more common and the plan is different. Where a best-of layer holds the answers, another page on the client's site is competing for a citation the engine is not handing out, and the work that moves the number is getting onto the page that already holds the slot. That is an outreach job with a content deliverable attached, not a content calendar.
Knowing which case you are in before the retainer is written is the whole value. Each money query is classified by what actually holds its answer in the measured data, and each classification maps to one lever, so the plan is specific per query rather than one strategy applied to everything.
What the product actually does here
01The lever named before the brief
Every money query carries its classification and the single lever it implies, so a brief is written against a measured finding rather than an assumption.
02Drafts bound to verified facts
Generated drafts may only use facts the client has verified, and a quality gate blocks anything that reads as an invented claim.
03Publication receipts
What was pushed, where, in draft or live mode, is recorded, so the report can show the work and the outcome next to each other.
What we will not claim here
- We do not recommend volume for its own sake. If the measurement says the pool is held by a layer you are not on, the honest recommendation is fewer pages and one placement.
- We do not present schema as a citation lever. It is hygiene, and our own free schema tool says so on the tin.
One thing to hold on to: none of the above is assumed about you. Your report classifies each of your money queries from your own measured answers, and if it disagrees with this page, the report is right. This page describes what categories like yours have tended to look like, which is a useful prior and a bad conclusion.
The measurement rules behind that are on the methodology page, and the enforcement page names the test behind each one.
