The service

Ansengine measures how AI engines answer the questions that matter to your brand, diagnoses why you are absent, drafts fixes for your approval, and re-measures to prove what moved. You get statistics with confidence intervals, never a promise of rankings.

Your account

You are responsible for what your workspace measures and for the content you approve for publication. Publication runs on a request from your workspace: we draft, you decide what goes out, and every push writes a receipt.

Your data

Your workspace's data is yours: the brands, questions, answers, drafts, reports and receipts it holds. We use it to run the service for you, and for nothing else except the anonymised statistics described next.

Anonymised statistics and benchmarks

We may publish statistics about how AI answer engines behave, such as how often they name brands in a category or how steady their answers are, computed from measurements across many workspaces.

A published figure never names a workspace, a brand, an agency's client or a person, and never quotes a question a workspace tracks. It draws on at least five workspaces, and no single workspace makes up more than half of it. We publish the method beside every such figure.

Only measurements taken after this applies to your workspace are used: from signup for a workspace created on or after 24 September 2026, and from 24 October 2026 for a workspace that existed before. Nothing measured earlier is ever used.

You can opt out at any time in Settings, under Workspace. An opted out workspace is left out of every figure made after that; a figure already published is not withdrawn, because it identifies no one. The same holds when you delete your workspace.

This is statistics, not model training: we still do not train models on your workspace data.

Honest use

Do not use Ansengine to publish deceptive content, undisclosed astroturfing, or claims about your brand you know to be false. Drafted placements follow the platforms' rules, including disclosure where required.

No guarantees of position

AI engines change without notice. We report measured share of appearance with its sample size, and we claim a lift only when confidence intervals separate. We do not and cannot guarantee that any engine will cite you.

Billing

Paid plans bill through our payment provider and can be cancelled any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. Prices and allowances are listed on the pricing page.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that matters to an existing workspace, we say so in the product at least 30 days before the change applies to it, and the date on this page changes with them.
