White-label client reports

Your logo, your accent, your subdomain, no mark of ours unless you want it, and no login for the client.

The report is the artifact you resell. It assembles itself from measured answers and ships as one link.

  1. 1Go to Settings, then Branding. Upload your logo and set your accent color and the report name. Our mark stays off unless you turn it on there.
  2. 2Optionally lock the link with a passphrase, per client.
  3. 3Optionally serve it from your own subdomain: add the CNAME we show you, then run the verify probe. Until it resolves, links keep the Ansengine origin rather than silently breaking.
  4. 4Copy the link from the client's page and send it. The report needs no login: the link just opens.

Your brand in the console, for client logins

A client can also sign in. Give them a seat limited to their own brand under Settings, Team, and the console they see carries your logo, your name and your accent: in the sidebar, in the browser tab title and as the tab icon. Your own team keeps the Ansengine console.

To let a client sign off on their own fixes, invite them as a client approver, limited to their brand. They can approve or reject the fixes drafted for that brand, and do nothing else.

Note

The accent is checked for contrast before it is used. Where your colour is too light to read on the page, text and focus rings use the ink colour instead.

What is on it

  • Each engine's rates with the count of answers behind them.
  • Who gets cited instead, and the buyer questions the client is absent from.
  • Confirmed lifts beside regressions, with their dates.
  • The settled weekly movement sentence, so the link cannot say improved on Monday and within normal variation on Tuesday.
  • The location portfolio, when the client has locations.
Note

Your roster shows how many times each client opened their report and when they last did. That is the renewal signal a dashboard cannot give you: it is about your client, not their brand.

Know this

White-label needs an admin seat and starts on the brand Scale tier and every agency tier. The report prints cleanly for a deck; there is no separate PDF generator.
